Boarding Rates:
                       Stall $400
                       Pasture $275
                       Blanketing Included (Slinkies/hoods/flysheets are extra $15)
                       Daily or Paste Dewormer included
                       Handling Fees included
                       Training Board $500
                       Training Rides $20
Buy/Sell Commission 10% or purchase/sale price on horse

Riding Lessons:
                       1/2 Hour (1 or 2 students) $30
                       Two lessons/week $27/lesson
                       Private Hour $40 

                      ** Package Plan- Pay for 9 lessons in advance and get the 10th free! (Group or private) **

Horse Lease:
                      Partial (3 days/week) $150/month + 1/2 farrier
                      Full (6 days/week) $400/month + farrier + routine vet
                      May lease by the month and must continue to take lessons.
                      Rates subject to vary depending on the leased horse.

Horse Shows:
                      Prices may vary per show or function.
                      Schooling Fee $25-$45/day (overnight shows pro-rated)
                      Horse lease $15/day
                      Hauling fee pro-rated (generally .50/mile)
                      Mane pulling/clipping $15 each or $25 for both
